Background to Chairman’s Letter Country Life 24th March
Many of you may not get the Country Life so will not see this letter to the editor. The incident referred to took place on Scott and Anne Simpson’s property “Tara” on the flood plain south of Bollon. We have supported this case strongly as a test case and have reached a stand off with a Judge in the Court of Appeal recommending a retrial for which we believe new evidence would have to be presented.
